What we provide
Every session is carefully crafted around the people in the room, ensuring every participant feels welcome, at ease, and genuinely engaged. We do not believe in a one size fits all approach. Instead, we create intentional spaces where curiosity is encouraged, creativity is celebrated, and everyone leaves with an experience as unique as they are.
Corporate workshop
We work with teams and organizations to unlock creative thinking in the workplace. Through hands-on drawing and experiential activities, professionals learn to approach complex problems from new angles, communicate ideas more powerfully, and lead with greater clarity and confidence.
Kids Art Sessions
Our sessions for children are designed to nurture whole-brain development from a young age. By weaving together drawing, experiential activities, and imaginative play, we encourage children to engage both their logical and creative minds. These are not just art classes. They are a foundation for richer, more confident thinking throughout life.
Private Events
Looking for something truly memorable? We create bespoke creative experiences for private gatherings, celebrations, and special occasions. Whether it is an intimate group or a larger event, we design sessions that are engaging, personal, and unlike anything your guests have experienced before.
WHOLE-BRAIN ACTIVITY: Collaborative Mural Making
One team. One canvas. No brief, only a question. What emerges reveals more about how your team works together than any personality test ever could.
Teams collaborate on a shared canvas to explore a real business challenge. Without titles or assigned roles, they create together in real time, negotiating ideas through art. A guided debrief reveals insights into communication, leadership, collaboration, and team dynamics.
WHAT IT SURFACES
Who leads, who yields, who bridges
THE MEDIUM
Paint on a shared canvas, no words
YOU TAKE AWAY
A co-created artefact to display
• Self-awareness when structure is removed
• Adaptability and building on others' ideas without erasing them
• Assertiveness versus collaboration, when to take space and when to yield
• Non-verbal communication and what choices say without words
• Emotional regulation when the plan changes mid-canvas
WHAT PARTICIPANTS DEVELOP
“When we looked at the finished mural, we realised we’d paint exactly how we run our meetings. That was uncomfortable, and exactly what we needed to see.
Half-day · Up to 24 participants · In-person · All materials provided
PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT: Storytelling Through Collage
Every person on your team has a story that shaped how they lead, listen, and show up under pressure. This session makes those stories visible and makes teams genuinely human to each other.
WHAT PARTICIPANTS DEVELOP
Participants cut and arrange magazines, printed imagery, and mixed materials to build a visual story responding to a personal prompt. No words required. Images, colour, texture, and placement do the work. Each person then shares their collage at a level of depth they choose. The art holds the story, so the words do not have to carry everything.
WHAT IT BUILDS
Genuine trust and empathy
THE MEDIUM
Paint on a shared canvas, no words
YOU TAKE GAWAY
A co-created artefact to display
• Self-concept clarity, articulating who you are and what you value at work
• Narrative identity and how your story shapes your leadership style
• Vulnerability and trust, sharing something real in a way that feels safe
• Empathy, seeing a colleague as a full human being not just a role
• Team cohesion built on real understanding, not enforced familiarity
“I have worked with this team for four years. I learned more about them in a day with a pair of scissors and a magazine than I had in four years of meetings.”
Half-day · Up to 20 participants · In-person · All materials provided
WHOLE-BRAIN STRATEGY SESSION: Sculpt Your Strategy
Your strategy exists as words in a document. This session turns it into something you can hold, turn over, and argue about, and reveals whether your team actually understands it the same way.
Teams use clay, wire, found objects, and mixed materials to build a 3D model of a real business challenge, team vision, or strategic priority. No slides. No whiteboards. No frameworks. The act of making something physical forces decisions that a PowerPoint deck never demands: What is the foundation? What is fragile? What is missing?
WHAT IT REVEALS
Hidden assumptions and misalignment
THE MEDIUM
Clay, wire, and found objects
YOU TAKE AWAY
A replicable strategic thinking method
• Systems thinking, seeing how each part of the challenge relates to the whole
• Comfort with ambiguity and building without a blueprint
• Creative confidence, the willingness to commit before an idea is perfect
• Strategic empathy, understanding why colleagues see the same challenge differently
• Collaborative problem-solving, whose ideas get built and whose get discarded
WHAT PARTICIPANTS DEVELOP
“We built three different sculptures for the same strategy. When we looked at them side by side, we realised we weren’t aligned on a single thing. That was the most valuable strategy session we have ever had.
Half-day or full-day · Up to 30 participants · In-person · All materials provided
WHOLE-BRAIN · TEAM IDENTITY AND DEVELOPMENT: Build a Brand as a Team
Your team already has an identity. This session makes it visible, and then challenges your team to decide, together, who they want to become
The session unfolds in three acts. Each person designs a personal logo representing the team as they honestly experience it today. Logos are then shared and analysed collectively, with recurring symbols and motifs revealing patterns the team lives inside. In the final act, the whole team co-designs one shared logo, a visual declaration of who they are at full potential.
THE STRUCTURE
Three acts, one shared outcome
THE MEDIUM
Logo design, individual then collective
YOU TAKE AWAY
A co-created logo the team owns
• Self-awareness and an honest view of how the team operates today
• Psychological safety and space for unfiltered reflection
• Strengths recognition, surfacing what the team does well but rarely names
• Shared language for dynamics that previously had no words
• Collective ownership of a co-created identity the whole team believes in
• A clear, committed articulation of the team at full potential
WHAT PARTICIPANTS DEVELOP
“By the time we designed our team logo, we weren’t making a picture. We were deciding, together, who we wanted to be. The Act One logos are still on our wall. The conversation we had in Act Two changed how we work.”
Full-day · Up to 32 participants · In-person · All materials provided
