Founder & Artist
At the heart of every Open Canvas program is Ronita’s gift for turning the invisible into the visible. With a B.F.A. in Design, a diploma in Design Management from Toronto, and over 15 years of experience as an illustrator, visual artist, and designer, she brings together creativity and strategy. She leads the creative vision while overseeing the business, translating complex challenges into visual insights that inspire new ways of thinking, learning, and creating.
Sreya Ghosh
Founder & Facilator
Sreya is the architect behind how every Open Canvas program is built and delivered. She transforms creative ideas into structured learning journeys, grounding each experience in clear outcomes, deliberate design, and real behavioral change. She reads every room in real time, knowing exactly when to push, when to pause, and when to let the process do its work.
Together, Ronita and Sreya are two halves of the same whole. Ronita brings the right brain, thinking in images, intuition, and creative possibility. Sreya brings the left brain, turning those possibilities into structured, purposeful experiences. Just like the work they do with their participants, their partnership only works because both sides are fully engaged.
